We love to help organizations whose missions support children and families through our fundraising program.

How Fundraisers Work

• You choose a couple of preferred dates based on your needs and our availability.
• You choose the type of fundraiser you would like.
• Clients sign up online ahead of time.
• Each client can select one type of sitting per time slot: Family Ties, Child’s play, Parent/Child Connection, Nursing Bond, etc.
• We provide you with a custom promotional email that you can use as is or further personalize and distribute, and some print materials. We have beautiful sample pieces we bring to events to display our work.
• Ordering is encouraged on-site through immediate photo viewing and discounts. We can also make photos viewable online after the session.

What We Need From You

• A 12′ by 20′ space and 2 hours to setup our portable studio for the event and 45 minutes to pack up.
• Your enthusiasm and assistance encouraging people to book sessions in advance. We count on your organization to communicate with your members about the event and to require on-line bookings. Depending on the profit sharing option you choose, there will be a minimum number of secured bookings required for the session.

PORTRAIT PLAYTIME EXTRA
Host a fundraiser and your organization will receive two complimentary hours of photography time for organizational needs.
