As the fundraiser host, you will work collaboratively with Portrait Playtime to determine the sitting fee for your hosted event that will best help you meet your financial goals. Depending on your choice, a portion of print sales may also be donated to your organization.
Option One (for sitting fees of $75 and over)
20% of sitting fee goes to Portrait Playtime
80% goes to your organization
Your organization receives 10% of total sales if they exceed $3500
Option Two (for sitting fees of $50 and over)
40% of sitting fee goes to Portrait Playtime; 60% goes to your organization.
Your organization receives 15% of total sales if they exceed $3500.
Option Three (for sitting fees of $25 and over)
80% of sitting fee goes to Portrait Playtime; 20% goes to your organization.
Your organization receives 10% of total sales if they exceed $2000, 15% if they exceed $3500 and 20% of total sales if they exceed $5000.
*** When clients from your session request a private in-home studio session within 6 months following your fundraiser, Portrait Playtime will also donate a percentage of our private session sitting fee to your organization.
